We, the organizers of the OPC, have decided to cancel this year's contest. We had several reasons to take this difficult decision. The most important one was that we did not think we could provide you, the contestants, with something that you would enjoy, something we believe we achieved in the past instances of this contest. Instead of conducting yet another mediocre contest, we thought it best to cancel it. We are sorry for this cancellation.
